It letter X day!

What would your business look like in an x-ray?  How would the sharing activities look, the bookings look, inviting people to join you part of your business look? Are you needing more activity to strengthen your business?  Put some eXtra thought today into how you can make a difference when you are sharing your business with others.  There are so many opportunities all around you.   Share to day with anyone who has a letter X in their name or works in an X-ray department or stretching it a bit.....loves tic -tac -toe or sent you a note with lots of XOXO (hugs and kisses).  Have a great weekend!

The Letter Y

You are the one who can make a difference in people's lives when You make the decision to share your business. Share in case someone wants to say Yes.  There are so many sharing opportunities.  You can offer to do fundraisers for a Youth Group.  Pull out your Yearbook and reconnect with people on Facebook.  Who did you talk to Yesterday that you forgot to share with and can call today to be fair and share?  Make it yellow day,  While you are out and about look for 5 people wearing yellow.  Tell them you are working with a business coach and a team of entrepreneurs. Let them know that today you are suppose to talk to 5 people wearing yellow to ask them if they have ever had an experience with Your company.  Or make it a referral day and call people to ask them if they can help you with your business building game that you are playing with a team of entrepreneurs.  Tell them you are working on the letter Y.  Ask them if they have ever been to Yellowstone, been to Youngstown, worked in a Youth organization, have Yarn in their house or could fit any category that begins with Y. Talk to someone in their Yard. Have fun!  Ask everyone if they have ever had an experience with your company.

We are cruising into San Francisco! What a beautiful area! I am learning so much as I observe the staff on board. They are working to make every minute of our trip special. They are always offering to help and be sure that you are taken care of. Even though they are thousands of miles from their families, they are always happy to make your day a better one. Who can you help to have a better day by offering to help them in some way with what you do in your business? Are you Working from the Heart?

It is W day!

Do you Work for success or Wish for success?  Do you Watch people Walk by who could be people Who need What you have to offer? Where are you going? Who are you going to meet?  What Would you like to share With them?  Welcome everyone into your business. Start your day saying I Will do What I need to do to build my business.  We is so much nicer than just an I when it comes to your business.  Find someone to join your team.  Share with the Waitress or Waiters who are nice to you.  Look for someone Wearing your favorite color and let them know that.  Then share with them.  Be a Winner When it comes to sharing!  Every time you share you are a Winner Whether they say yes or no.  Believe that your Work is to be a professional sharer and Watch how your business Will grow. 

It is letter V day!

Valentine's Day--Hearts are everywhere to show you care. Sharing your business does that too when you are working from the heart! Victory, Victory, that's our cry-VICTORY.Share with 5 people each day and enjoy a personal Victory as a professional sharer for your Very own company.  Have you seen my Video interview of a wonderful professional Violinist who shares some words of wisdom that will apply to your business.  Message me with your email if you would like to receive it. You have so much Value! Use your Voice to show others the Value of having their own business too.   Your Various activities will help you meet others to share your business with.  Don't get frustrated when you have to leave Voicemail messages.  Imagine that they are commercials you are getting to do for free when companies pay millions of dollars for ads to do the same.  How you View your business is how others will View it too.  Are you Vested in your business?  Would you Vote for yourself as the employee of the month in your own company? 

What do you think is the most important thing to say to a new consultant?

I would love for everyone to share what they think. I believe it is important to say, "I want to teach you how to share your business with people you do know and people you don't know. I want to teach you how to do that so that whether they are interested or not, they always feel valued, cared about, and feel great that you shared with them. I also want to help you learn to share all the services we offer from helping people start businesses as I am doing with you now, informing others that we have a generous hostess program, and letting people know that they can always have access to our products through you now. I feel it is only fair to share everything and let them choose what they would like to know more about.Would you agree?" The key is to encourage them to develop good habits from the beginning.

The Letter U

It is letter U today!  Make this an Unbelievable day. Use your skills that you learned as a child to share your business. Your business will help you to Utilize the skills you have and help you develop new ones. Having a business and growing in your business is going to give you the feeling of attending a University and earning a new degree.  With this degree you can go straight to the top!  You are not waiting Until someone decides to promote you.  Would extra income be Useful to others you know?  Sharing with everyone can help you find out who could Use the services that you offer.  Build a team and feel United with people who want to put Umbrellas away and are ready to look for the sunshine. Your Ultimate goal is to share and care and help others Understand that you are there to help anyone who could Use what have you have to offer.

Share with 5 people today who are wearing some type of a uniform. Of course it is important to share with everyone. Since I suggest at least 5 sharing contacts a day you can have fun today and call or meet people who wear some type of uniform for work!  Who are some people you know who wear a uniform? There are a lot of people who do wear a uniform from servers to nurses to military, law enforcement, people who work at companies and many more.

The Letter T

It is letter T day.  Did you ever think of your Telephone as your Transportation to get to work? When you pick up the Telephone it is as if you were getting in your car to go to work. We could take a no Thank you as a red light on our commute. The light changes and then you can keep on going and we know there could be more red lights.  It is ok.  We still keep on going and then we do get the opportunity to get to work.  There could even be a detour.  We still keep on going.  Pick up the Telephone Today and make 5 contacts.  I want you to Thrive in your business and not just survive.  Talking to others is when you are really open for business. Thank people for their Time. It is a gift people give you. Be sure to read my blog for more T and alphabet sharing ideas.

Today is an easy day to go out and share.  Go to a Toy store, share with Teachers, ask for referrals for Teachers, look for someone with Twins.  Share with someone wearing Teal.  Look for someone buying Tomatoes at the grocery store.  Share with a neighbor who is taking out the Trash or the Teller at the bank.  Who do you know from Texas, Tennessee.  Ask others who they know from there.  Think about how Talking to someone Today could change Their life.

The Letter S

It is Letter S today!  Share is the first word that comes to mind. Sharing is caring and just offering your Services. Who is ready to Share their business with 5 people today?  Customer Service is so important.  Who are you going to call and make feel Special today?  Starting and not procrastinating makes such a difference in anything we do.  Selling is something you do when you Share and people would like to put themselves in the position to make a decision about what you are Sharing.  Share today with someone who is involved with Scouts, Service Industry, Shoppers, Sales Clerk.  Make today the day you Schedule Sharing into your daily routine.  Then do it for 21 days.  You will then be Successful with a new Sharing habit.  Check out my tracker and you can See how your Success Starts with your decision to Share and enjoy making customer Service calls. The Letter R

It is letter R day! Who can walk into their work place today and say I want to give myself a Raise today and be sure that they get it?  You can when you have your own business? Who can help change people's lives today by "just asking" , "Have you ever thought about doing something alongside your family and other activities to earn extra income?" You can when you are actively Recruiting. People can feel special because of you. What Risk do have as a professional sharer?   There is no Risk when you work from the heart and feel good even when you get the Response , "no thank you". Do you know people are watching you, the minute you tell people you have your own business? You are a Role model and can show people that they too can have a business.

Share with 5 people today.  Find someone wearing Red.  Tell them you are doing a fun business activity and you have to ask 5 people wearing Red today if they have ever heard of your company.  Then share in 30 seconds or less and thank them for helping you with your homework.  Let them know that you would love to share more at a more appropriate time. Ask, "Would you feel comfortable giving me your name and phone number?"  Think about people who work in Retail.  They work long hours.  Imagine what their business would like if they were working for even half the time in their own business. Set a goal to share with 5 people in retail during the week too!

I love having people in my life who are out there sharing something that they believe will make a difference in other people's lives. I always say that in the direct sales profession it is as if everyone is linked together just as doctors are in the medical profession. Drs choose different parts of the body to specialize in and Direct Sales people choose different product lines to specialize in. The mission to help others is the same.

The Letter Q

"Quitters never win and winners never quit!"  That is Quite the Quote to live by.  I love motivational Quotes and that is why there are Quotes on every page of the Tracker that I hope you are using to help you grow your business.  Hope you are reading the daily Quotes and sharing them with people you care about too.  Don't keep Quiet about a good thing!  I know that you have chosen a company and product line that you feel excited about.  Everyone who has desire to grow can learn and develop skills to Qualify for incentive trips and prizes while enjoying earning income when you have a direct sales business. Ask Questions and find out who needs you.  Not everyone will.  It is ok!  I believe that the best Quarterback does not believe every pass I throw will be a completed one.  I believe he believes every pass I throw could be a completed one so I will throw it as if it is one.  Share with everyone feeling the way a winning Quarterback does... Decide that not everyone will say Yes.  I am going to share and ask Questions in case they want to say yes.  Sharing does not take a lot of time.  It can be Quick! 

Letter P

Pay it forward and share your business with someone else! Help someone become a Part of the direct sales Profession. You get to Party for a living and get Paid for it.  Give others the Permission to make their own choices.  A home-based business helps Provide opportunity for everyone.  Who do you know who Participates in sports activities? Do you know a pediatrician, podiatrist, personal trainer, police officer or know someone who is related to someone who has a Profession that starts with P? Share with someone from PA, wearing Purple or Pink. Go to a Park and meet someone to share with. I want to encourage you to Participate in our sharing fun.

The Letter O

Today is brought to you by the letter O!  Opportunity is what a home-based business is all about.  You Own your Own business.  You are the One who can make things happen and you do not have to wait for someone else to say you deserve a raise.  You can get lots of raises when you help Others.  Do you Owe money on credit cards?  Don't you Owe it to Others to share a good thing? Who do you know who wishes they could change Occupations?  Do you know anyone who likes to loves, Orange Juice Olives?  Have fun and go look for someone to fill the category O for your sharing experiences today.  Who will be your new 5 O sharing friends.  It could be someone wearing Orange today. Share with someone doing something Outside at a park.

It's letter N today. Sharing is Nice! No is not a bad word when it comes to sharing.It really means you are a professional sharer. I love helping people feel comfortable sharing even when someone says NO. You are sharing correctly when people can feel they are able to make a choice. The goal when sharing is to find out what Needs someone may have that you can help fulfill- a way to earn income, earning free products, having access to your products.Meet Nice New people everyday when you share!

The Letter M

Make someone feel special today!  Call all the customers on your database who are Mothers.  Talk to Mothers while you are out and about today.  Don't forget to share with Men.  Call your customers and invite them to join you in starting a business in case they need Money.  Do you know someone in the Military to share with?  Who do you know who is a Manager in another business? Go to the grocery store and share with someone buying melons , milk, mints, or even mustard.  Make More Money because you Make the decision to share More than ever before!

The Letter L

I am excited to share some thoughts when it comes to L to start our week.  Live, Laugh and Love is something we see on posters and wall hangings.  It is such a good reminder that these three words can be the key to a lot of good feelings!  I also want to be sure that this week you are also Looking for, Listening to , and Learning all about people you can share with.   Think about writing a Letter to your hostesses, customers and inviting them to join you on your team.  Remember the Lessons we were taught as children when it comes to sharing.  Look for someone wearing Lavender.  Share with a Lady you don't know.   Share with someone who loves to Laugh or is Laughing.  Use the sharing and caring Language that I hoped that you Learned at one of my seminars.  Share with someone waiting at a restaurant to eat Lunch or a server who brings you lunch.  Share with someone who speaks 2 languages.

The Letter K

You have the Key to success to open doors and opportunities for others.  Be Kind today.  Share with everyone.  Don't prejudge.  Look for people with Kids.  Share at your own Kids activities.  Who do you know who loves spending time in the kitchen.  Whose kitchen were you in last?  Did you share with them?  Share with someone who has been Kind to you.  Who do you know from Kentucky?  Do you know someone who likes to knit? Knock on your neighbor's doors and invite them to a mystery hostess event.

The Letter J

J - Do you feel like you are a Juggler? 

Jug·gle 1. To keep (two or more objects) in the air at one time by alternately tossing and catching them.

2. To keep (more than two activities, for example) in motion or progress at one time: managed to juggle a full-time job and homemaking.

I really do feel that we are amazed when a juggler stands before us and the more items, the more amazed. Pat yourself on the back for being a good Juggler.  Don't forget how much practice Juggling takes.  Don't give up!

Are you sharing everywhere?  Do you know someone who is a Judge , has ever been a Judge ( county fair, beauty pageant)  Call your customers and tell them you are playing the alphabet game with your business coach and you are suppose to talk to 5 people today who have been on a jury or a Judge.  Or go out and enjoy your day and while waiting in line ask people or go share at the park.  Remember to say that you are doing a homework assignment and you are suppose to find 5 people who have been on a Jury or any type of Judge.  Then thank them for helping out with the homework. Then say,   "I have my own business with company ..... Have you ever had an experience with us? I know you are not here to hear about my business.  I would love to share more at an appropriate time.  Is that something you would enjoy?  Would you feel comfortable giving me your name and phone number? 

Have fun!  Maybe you know someone who feels there is always room for Jello and you can tell them there is always a way to have your  own business too.  Ok, so maybe that's a bad Joke.

Ilene is enjoying playing the letter game with all of you.   It is to help you become more and more comfortable to share your business.  Are you Inviting everyone to join you In starting a home-based business  It is Ideal for everyone! Do you know someone from Idaho, Illinois, India, Iceland.  You can always ask others who they know from Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, India, Iceland. Who do you know that has great Ideas, is an  Instructor, loves to go to IHOP, has an Infant, is Independent? Go out and share with someone who has an Infant with them. You can Increase your Income when you use your Imagination and play our alphabet game which will help you earn all your company's Incentives too.

It Is Important to Increase your sharing to help more people feel Important!

The Letter H

It is so nice to have a Home-based business and make others Happy at the same time.  What are you going to make Happen today?  Reach out to share with your Hairdresser.  Share with someone who is always offering to Help others.  Do you know someone who lives in Hartford or name starts with an H?  Share with anyone who says, "How are you?" today.  Say,  "I am great.  Thanks for asking.  I am so excited about my goals for my new business and one of them has to do with sharing it with everyone.  Have you ever had an experience with company.......?"  Don't forget to also open conversations saying, " I have a Homework assignment today.  I have to ask 5 people if they have ever had an experience with.....?" Work from the Heart and never be Hard at work again.
