Letter G Challenge

What is your  Goal today? Today is all about Giving opportunity to others to say yes or no.  Don't make decisions for others.  You have a wonderful opportunity which is a Gift for people which can change their life. What are you Gaining from your business?  Why is the Giraffe my logo for my company? Take a trip to the zoo and share with others.  Growing a business is like planting a Garden.  You have to prepare the soil, plant the seeds and see which seeds Grow. Have fun sharing today.  Maybe you know someone from Georgia, likes Golf, wears Gold, is a Genius, is wearing Green or Gray today, loves Grapes, is a part of a Group you belong to, has a Goldfish.  Make your day a Great day!

Today is brought to you by the letter F

Today is all about the Fun and Financial Freedom you can have when you have your own business!  Look for someone who is wearing a team shirt, a Fan! Do you know someone who has traveled to France, Finland, Frankfort. Call people and ask them if they have ever lived in a city that starts with F.  I know that there are people in your life that love Fishing, Football, French fries!  Do you know someone who works around Food--, a great cook, grocery store, restaurant?  What about a financial investor, someone you would give the friendliest award to?  Have you had fun asking your family and friends to help you play the alphabet game? Family and friends are not going to be the ones who necessarily are always the financial supporters of your business, however, they can enjoy helping you and suggest people to share and introduce your business to when you explain that you are working with a business coach playing the alphabet game.  Have Faith!  Have Fun!  Make new Friends!

Try this recruiting language

I want to remind you that you can look for people who choose to work for success. I just got off the phone with a coaching call and she said that she recruited 2 people using the words I shared last week, "I am forming (or expanding if you have a team already) an executive team and looking for people who would like to make a difference in people's lives. How would you feel about doing that and getting paid to do so?" Hope this idea helps you too! If you try it out, I would love to hear your results. Be sure to come back and let me know.

The Letter E

Today is letter E for our sharing adventures.  We should always be fair and share with Everyone!  Our Enthusiasm is to give us Energy to share on days when we might not feel that Energy is there.  I want to Encourage Everyone to see how Easy it is to "work from the heart" and not be so hard at work when you decide to make sharing a habit.  Who are you going to share with for letter E today?  Of course today is an Easy one and you can decide to share with Everyone....Do it for one day and see what happens!

Today is brought to you by the letter D

The letter D is all about doing!  Do what it takes to build a business today.  Sometimes there is more thinking about than Doing what it takes to build a business.  Today is is the Day to open a door of opportunity for someone! Take your Dog for a walk and meet someone new.  Go to the pet store and look at all the Dogs and share with someone there.  Make a Date with someone special ( can be an old friend a newer friend)  in your life and share.   Go to Dunkin Donuts --you can even just get water if you prefer.  Share while you are there. Take a trip to the Drug store.  Take a Drive and stop at a place you have never been before but have wanted to see.  Do you know someone who likes diving, has a dog, drives a dodge, has a daughter, is a Dad, is a doctor?   Then of course, you can go back to calling people whose name starts with D or that live in cities that start with D.   Have fun sharing!

Today is brought to you by the letter C

Ok it is time for a Challenge to make the 5 contacts no matter what

Show you Care.  Share with someone who is carrying a purse, wearing a charm bracelet, wearing color cream, lives in California, Chicago, Colorado, Cleveland, any C location or call someone and ask them if they have ever lived in a C location.  Who do you know who loves to cook, loves chocolate, name starts with C, bakes a lot of cookies, maybe grows carrots, card player, is a care taker, has children, has lived in another country.  Remember all you have to do is ask them if they will help you by being one of your C's today.  Then tell them all you have to do is ask them if they have ever had an experience with your company to complete homework.

Have fun with the sharing activity that I suggest below this post. This is for while you are out and about or using the phone to connect to someone new or reconnect. Maybe even adapt it and post it on your Facebook page to see who fits a B category. 

Are you ready to share with 5 more people? It is time for the letter B. What about your beautician or a barber? Do you know anyone from a city that begins with B--Baltimore, Boise, Bowie ( I lived there for years and raised my children there), Birmingham, Boston, Buffalo, Branson or any city, county that stars with a B. Maybe you know someone who is a broadcaster, banker, bowler, baker , bridge player, ok stretching it a little...bongo player or break dancer, loves butterflies,likes BINGO, has a baby, loves the color blue, has a beautiful smile, loves the beach. I know that you can have fun sharing your business and talking to people who can help with your sharing homework for today. Don't forget someone who has a first or last name that starts with a B. Who do you know who is a big sister or big brother? Do you know someone who drives a BMW, Buick, Bentley? I know you know someone who likes Baskin Robbins, blueberries, bananas or barbecue. Have a fun time! I know you will figure out 5 people to share with and they will enjoy hearing why you chose them to share with today. Don't forget to share some sharing stories on our blog. You can really have fun and meet some new people having fun with this homework too. Look for someone wearing a band-aid, buying a balloon, wearing blue, riding a bike, your child's bus driver, ballet teacher. You can call 5 people you know and have fun meeting 5 new people today all because of the letter B.

Just think about how everyone can Benefit from your sharing fun!

A to Z Challenge

Have fun sharing! Call someone today with  the letter A.  It could be an architect, someone who lives in Alaska, an aunt, artist, someone named Ann.  I know you can think of 5 people.  Call them to let them know you have homework to call 5 people today.  Tell them why you called- they are an aunt, etc.Then just ask if they have ever thought about doing something alongside their family and other activities to earn extra income. Have fun and share what happens with us.

Ask Ilene

Sandy asked:  I know I need to be making these five contacts a day, but I feel like I'm bugging the same people over and over again. How do I reach out to other people? Also, I have a lady who approached me in the spring about wanting to join my team as a consultant. She has asked me to call her when her son goes back to school. I've tried to call her a couple times but she does not call me back. How do I connect with this person and get her to join my team?

I know that when you start sharing with new people you will no longer feel like you are bugging the same people.  You will not feel the need to be going back to the same people over and over again.  You will be calling new people all the time and reconnecting with everyone when there is something new to share about your company and product line.

I feel when you share with everyone, it is all about offering to help others.  When you share with the same people over and over ( unless you have new information) it is hoping they have changed their mind and will say yes so that you have a new consultant,  party or sale. 

Sharing with everyone means you are on a mission to find those who choose to say yes.  Think about how sharing is offering and caring is being happy with whatever they choose to say.

As far as the person not calling back, it is hard to understand how many people do not return calls.  I always leave a message after a couple attempts saying, " I know we have not been able to connect the last couple times I called.  I would love to hear from you even if you have changed your mind about.....

Which feels better...offering to help someone and finding out they do not need help or not offering and finding out that there was someone you could have helped?  Sharing is offering and caring is being happy with whatever they choose to say.  Who are you going to share with today?

Thoughts on Sharing

Think about how sharing can change someone's life today by sharing your business. It is really ok if they are not looking for a life change. It is perfectly ok for someone to say no thank you. Just think, if they say yes or no, you must be sharing correctly, giving them a choice to say either one.
