Try this recruiting language

I want to remind you that you can look for people who choose to work for success. I just got off the phone with a coaching call and she said that she recruited 2 people using the words I shared last week, "I am forming (or expanding if you have a team already) an executive team and looking for people who would like to make a difference in people's lives.
