Mother of five, grandmother of five, Ilene Meckley was a consultant in one of the nation’s best-known direct-sales companies for 13 years before starting her highly successful language coaching and training business. During those 13 years, she personally recruited over 650 people and built a team of thousands, becoming the cumulative top personal recruiter, earning President’s Club recognition 14 times and Hall of Fame and Woman of the Year honors from the company she represented.
