Mother of five, grandmother of five, Ilene Meckley was a consultant in one of the nation’s best-known direct-sales companies for 13 years before starting her highly successful language coaching and training business. During those 13 years, she personally recruited over 650 people and built a team of thousands, becoming the cumulative top personal recruiter, earning President’s Club recognition 14 times and Hall of Fame and Woman of the Year honors from the company she represented. Having the desire to help others become successful, she began teaching seminars to consultants from other direct-sales companies.
